Welcome to Arpan, a haven of transformation and compassion dedicated to serving children aged 6 to 40 facing multiple disabilities. Nestled within our 31-year-old organization, Arpan stands as a beacon of hope for those with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and cognitive movement challenges. With a mission to foster independence, we provide holistic services encompassing social skills, life skills, daily activities, sports, vocational training, and special education. Our commitment extends to delivering crucial therapies such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cognitive therapy, and sensory integration based on individual needs. With 126 children currently under our care, Arpan continues to illuminate lives, striving to create a more inclusive and compassionate world. passionately dedicated to enhancing the lives of our 126 children.

Our Team

Our team, comprised of specialists with diverse expertise, dedicates themselves daily to providing comprehensive care, education, and therapeutic interventions. This commitment ensures a holistic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each child under our care.

Board of Directors

Dr. Rashmi Kacker (Trustee) : A counsellor by profession. Co founder and founder Trustee of Arpan, with decades of experience in handling charitable institutions of this kind and magnitude.

Tinoo Chawla (Trustee) : Has been involved with Arpan since its inception. A well-known philanthropist and has been actively involved with NGOs of high magnitude like United Way (Trustee), So Clean (Secretary), Hari Seva Trust (Trustee), Baroda Citizen Council (Former Chairperson) are to name a few.

Taral Patel (Trustee) : Director with the Voltamp group. A well known philanthropist, involved in many activities through her family foundation. Also actively involved in NGOs like Baroda Citizen Council (Chairperson).

Dilip Shah (Trustee) : A well Known Industrialist, Director with Prakash Group. Involved in many philanthropic activities through his family foundation. Trustee with Shree Vallabhacharya Hospital trust (Trustee) active member of the Rotary Club of Jawaharnagar

Nimish Makadia (Trustee) : Hailing from the family known for its Philanthropic work. A Conservator of Heritage structures by profession, a popular figure in the field of sports, well known in the society for his philanthropy and ever helpful nature. Has been a part of the team since more than a decade

Ram Devidayal (Trustee) : A reputed entrepreneur by profession and a Philanthropist by heart. Always eager to help. Has been involved with Arpan since more than a decade.

Kinnari Patel (Trustee) : Known for her selfless and dedicated Contribution towards Arpan during the construction of the new building. She has been a part of the team since a decade now.
